I fully understand and agree that my participation in the Catamaran Tour on board the embarkation/vessel/catamaran Tom Cat is of a dangerous nature and I knowingly and freely assume such risks and choose to participate at my own risk and under my own responsibility. I must follow all instructions from the Planet Dolphin crew, and that includes the following activities: ‘’TSUNAMI SLIDE & SNORKELING’’. I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless any company, agent, employee, provider or associate of Delfines de Manuel AntonioSRL of all legal, moral or financial responsibility and of any claims, demands, losses and liability in case of any loss or damage including personal accident, injury, disability or death; loss or material damage to person or property; among others. I willingly and completely agree to follow all instructions from the crew and I hold myself personally responsible for improper use of equipment or neglect to follow the aforementioned instructions. Furthermore, I knowingly agree and sign my understanding that the climatic conditions in the region may change suddenly which may provoke turbulent seas and/or that the snorkeling area may not have clear visibility. I understand and agree that the ability to see wildlife/sea life depends on nature and there is no guarantee that I will see any wildlife/sealife. I willingly accept and sign my agreement not to write or publish negative critiques/reviews relating to poor climate/weather, water clarity, and inability to see wildlife/sea life, as these factors are controlled entirely by nature. I understand that all laws relating to sexual exploitation/commercialization of minors, hallucinogens, psychotropic substances and illegal drugs will be enforced. Absolutely none of the aforementioned is permitted. I understand and agree that the moment I board the embarkation/vessel/catamaran, the tour is considered to have been completed and there no monies will be refunded. I fully understand and agree that any refusal to comply with or follow the rules or crew member instructions of PLANET DOLPHIN, I may be removed from the embarkation/vessel/catamaran by the local authorities.
