It’s August in Manuel Antonio and that means Whale-watching season is here! Planet Dolphin is the pioneer in whale and dolphin-watching tours.  Departing daily at 9 am from Pez Vela Marina, in Quepos, Costa Rica, our spacious and comfortable sailing catamarans give you a close-up look at the aquatic wonders of the Manuel Antonio coastline. Since 1989, Planet Dolphin has taken tens of thousands of happy customers on our 3 ½ tour which includes snorkeling, sailing, a delicious lunch, beverages, and of course dolphins and whales.

You may see spotted dolphins (Stenella attenuate),  bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncates), and migrating humpback whales (megaptera novaeangliae).

The Planet Dolphin tour is but one of many tours to be found in Manuel Antonio. All types, from adventure tours and adrenaline tours, to nature tours and wildlife tours, are available.
